Download Sprog Dcc Driver
SPROG DCC; SPROG DCC Generation 5. You must first assemble the device and download the Base Station firmware to it. When the device drivers are installed. Digital Command Control (DCC) decoder programming is what makes your DCC decoder installation unique to your locomotive. Click the image below to read or download our Viewbook. N DCC Installs Volume 3 is a how-to program about installing Digital Command Control (DCC) decoders into N scale steam locomotives. If the avaialble throttle choices (JMRI on-screen, WiThrottle/Engine Driver on smartphones, TCS UWT-100, and Proto Throttle) are sufficient for your needs, I see no reason why the Pi-SPROG system couldn't be used on any size layout. Once TCS releases the simpler knob throttle, UWT-50, there will be another choice. SPROG USB Drivers The latest specific SPROG USB Drivers are available for download here. These are the same drivers that are included on the SPROG DCC JMRI CDROM, rev 30 shipping since December 2015, and newer. Updated drivers will appear here when necessary.
Jun 19, 2016 lick the SPROG device with the right mouse key and select “Update Driver Software”. Browse to the folder where you unzipped the downloaded drivers. Click OK and the drivers will begin installing. After a little while the first step will complete.

Glossary/ FAQ
JMRI supports a wide range of DCC 'command station'-style products from various model railroad automation vendors. We also support non-DCC layout accessories and devices that connect via a variety of networks and protocols. This page lists hardware and networks that JMRI is known to work with, and provides links to information on how to configure JMRI to work with each particular type.

- Additional Topics:
If there is a way to make a computer communicate with a given piece of model railroad equipment, it is possible to connect it to JMRI. If you don't see your particular system here, please ask about it on the JMRI users.
For developers adding new hardware integration: see here for information about Creating Help and Web Pages for New Hardware.

General hardware info
If your layout uses some feedback mechanism to sense the actual positions of Turnouts, for example a microswitch connected to the throw bars or a decoder that returns a confirmation message, JMRI can use that to keep track of what's actually happening on the layout. We call this 'Feedback', and how to configure and use it is described on the Turnout Feedback page.
A way to use a PDA to access JMRI.
